At Bitski, we’ve been laying down the foundation for the metaverse since 2018 with the ambition of making it easy for anyone to create, sell and own NFTs.
We are on the hunt for an imaginative and gritty Marketing Manager that is up for the challenge of inspiring, educating and ultimately converting brands, social platforms, game developers and creators to join Bitski in contributing to this new digital economy.
We’re looking for someone who has the right level of cultural fluency to work with top creatives, musicians, engineers, designers, brands and more to develop (and promote) NFT campaigns, including brainstorming new use cases that demonstrate utility and interoperability.
We need a digital expert who is equally a strategist and producer at heart with a wide breadth of experience in marketing especially pertaining to content strategy and creation, PR, influencer marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and partnerships. Bonus points for any business development experience, Discord community management skills, an abundance of Fortnite skins, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
This role would primarily focus on supporting the head of marketing in translating larger business and marketing strategies into 360 campaigns and tactics that ultimately drive conversion to Bitski.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute 360 activation campaigns for Bitski brand, product and partner marketing activations
- Support development of content strategy and manage programming across owned channels (blog, email, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and more) and third-party channels (brand and creator partners and more)
- Contribute to business development ideation, especially pertaining to new NFT use cases that support interoperability
- Support on account management with brands, creators, platforms and more including but not limited to updating CRM pipelines and organizing team documents
- Manage documentation for reaching and onboarding new clients and partners
- Reinforce creator relations and community management teams across Twitter, Instagram, Discord and more especially when it comes to maintaining brand voice and contributing to customer lifecycle goals
- Support on copywriting and SEO needs for Bitski’s website, including keyword research and implementation into blog
- Assist in PR agency management, creation of editorial outreach materials and press sweeps
- Source, negotiate with, and manage third-party agencies, vendors and freelancers as needed
- Contribute to recruitment efforts including creating and promoting job listings
- Support Head of Marketing in developing larger brand and marketing strategy that ties back to business objectives
