The Sr. Recruiter job responsibilities include:

  • Contact, recruit and interview candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions for open roles in Account Management, Business Development, Creative, Experiential, Influencer Marketing, Project Management, Public Relations, Social Media and Strategy
  • Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and formulate go to market recruitment strategy
  • Create candidate profiles in order to successfully match candidates to open requisitions
  • Utilize tools and job boards to source passive and high demand creative talent
  • Complete full cycle recruitment across multiple roles
  • Coordinate in-office and off-site interviews and appointments
  • Run background and reference checks for candidates
  • Assist candidates in fulfilling their full career potential

You are a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of related recruitment experience in the advertising and marketing industry
  • Agile and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding problem solving ability
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Expert knowledge around LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience working within an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
