Senior Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Manager - North America (f/m/d)

The Senior Affiliate and Partnership Marketing Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for driving forward the strategy, framework and performance for affiliate, influencer and marketing partnership channels whilst acting as a key business stakeholder for projects and efficiencies.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a best in class US/Canadian affiliate, influencer and marketing partnership strategy
- Ownership of the affiliate, influencer and marketing partnership performance sales, cost and ROI budgets and KPIs tracking
- Maximize the role of content partners within the marketing mix, supporting PR and earned media initiatives
- Recruit and on-board influencers to affiliate program
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with our key business partners, both internally and externally to ensure best in class principles and training is provided
- Develop & implement clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives to exceed growth targets
- Grow the local influencer selection process in line with global guidelines to drive forward influencer best practice
- Stay up to date with the affiliate, influencer and partnership marketing industry and news, share knowledge with the local and global teams
- Look for opportunities to drive forward platform enhancements to position ourselves ahead of the market
- Continually research and understand your competitive environment to ensure that we remain at the forefront of our industry
- Document, analyze and provide meaningful insights upon completion of new tests and gifting opportunities
Your Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate, influencer and partnership marketing programs with a focus on driving data-driven results
- Strong communications capabilities
- Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to drive new customer acquisition via data, testing and learning
- Motivated self-starter with an attitude to proactively seek new solutions to meet business needs
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
