Job description:
We are looking for an Influencer Account Manager to support ZAM’s agency business in onboarding talent, managing influencer relationships and coordinating campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a passionate gamer that demonstrates exceptional communication abilities, project management and problem solving skills. As our Influencer Account Manager, you will work alongside our Influencer Marketing team to develop and manage various Influencer programs and campaigns for our global gaming clientele.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a large network of influencer accounts and contacts.
- Collaborate with our marketing team and partners to identify key influencer partners and coordinate high impact programs and campaigns.
- Build lasting relationships with our influencers/talent and provide mentorship and guidance to support them in our programs.
- Leverage CRM and Influencer tools to monitor and track the growth and performance of our influencers and campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive reporting with actionable insights for our clients and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure all of our influencers’ needs are heard and supported.
- Manage budget planning and track spending to align with the varied program budgets of our clientele.
- Actively engage with our influencers to develop a community that empowers and supports them as they do our clients.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management or account management preferably in gaming or esports.
- Business/Marketing degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Passionate gamer with experience in PC/console/mobile with familiarity of gaming influencers and content creators.
- Self-motivated, independent, high attention to detail, process-oriented and adaptable when working across multiple clients and business units.
- Great leader with a positive, problem-solving attitude and exceptional communication skills including writing and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity and cooperate effectively with our international clientele.
- Proficient with project management and CRM tools, influencer marketing platforms, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite.
- Based in Los Angeles.
