Talent Coordinator
ABOUT THE TALENT COORDINATOR POSITION:
The Head of Talent at Rock The Bells is looking for a Hip-Hop enthusiast interested in the world of influencer and celebrity talent, who has a pulse on the latest talent and influencer trends.
As the Talent Coordinator, you will work alongside the Head of Talent to provide support with general administration such as maintaining and growing celebrity/influencer database, creating sales support materials, maintain the current talent pipeline, and craft and deliver on innovative ideas that will shape the future direction for Rock The Bells talent relations.
*This is a 4 to 5 month contracted position and is temporarily remote
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Maintain talent/influencer database while including milestone dates, and talent representative contacts
- Conduct talent outreach by communicating with talent and their representatives on behalf of the Rock The Bells with ability to handle confidential information
- Identify new talent and creative opportunities to incorporate current talent ambassadors
- Work with cross-functional teams to intake needs, answer questions, recommend talent placements, and relay needs while maintaining consistent communication to ensure shared goals are met
- Research new strategies, upcoming events and opportunities, and propose new ideas with an understanding of feasibility and availability
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
- 2-3 years of talent support or influencer marketing, preferably within the entertainment or music industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Superior organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work required
- A thought starter that can also align talent initiatives with overall business goals
- Proficiency in Google Suite such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Apple Keynote with comfortability creating presentations related to talent projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels, both internal and external
- Attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deal with deadline pressure
- Able to prioritize competing requests and manage busy schedules
