JetFuel recently launched Refined Media, a content-centric social media business unit focused on building & scaling unique media properties on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat. We firmly believe that the future of media & entertainment is social, and are actively deploying cutting-edge strategies to make that vision a reality.

We've amassed a cross-platform network of 35 million followers on Instagram and 10 million subscribers on Snapchat—composed primarily of theme-based media properties in a variety of content niches. We are now focusing our efforts on TikTok and are assembling a content dream team.

This part-time role will be focused on helping us create world-class content as we scale our portfolio of TikTok channels. We currently own and operate 3 channels with a total of 3 million followers, and are looking for a talented aspiring content creator to take the lead on our next channel! We are interested in many content styles and want to find something that’s natural to you and your creative talent.

This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor, leave your mark, and build your presence on social. You will get hundreds of thousands of views on your creative work each week! What You'll Do

  • Create content optimized for TikTok that will be posted daily (supported by our team of editors)
  • Use performance metrics to guide content iteration & testing of new creative concepts
  • Create promotional content for sponsored posts for advertisers in a variety of industries
  • Participate in collaborations with other content creators
  • Engage with fans to build a tight knit community and following
  • Go live for 15-30 minutes per week

Who You Are

  • You are an energetic and creative person who has always wanted to make content for a large audience
  • You have a fun and energetic personality and aren’t afraid to put yourself out there and try new things
  • You’re comfortable being in the spotlight and dealing with the ups and downs of being a public figure
  • You have a deep familiarity with various types of content on TikTok, and a basic understanding of creative techniques to help increase a video's performance on social media
