Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 Annually

Central Entertainment Group (CEG) is one of the Top Influencer Marketing and Talent Agency in the USA. We are located in the heart of NYC at Herald Square.

We are looking for an in-house CRM Developer to build and support internal applications and systems supporting business operations. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our operations, product development team, and support tasks assigned by our operational leadership and project delivery support teams. Projects span a wide variety of use cases and include designing new features/systems, development and continuous improvement. The primary responsibilities of the developer will include maintenance, change implementation, and improvement of existing QuickBase applications, in addition to work on new applications as needed. The CRM Developer will have a role in troubleshooting and assisting clients with their database issues as needed.

· Build QuickBase applications, functionality, pages, reports, and dashboards and Apps.

· Working with the CEG Brand development team to translate business needs into intuitive applications and features.

· Designing and creating new applications and features.

· Administering existing and new QuickBase applications.

· Building reports and dashboards for end-users.

· Understand data flow and integrations between multiple enterprise applications. Using systems knowledge to design scalable solutions across all applications.

· Optimizing UX/UI and automating functions/processes using scripting (HTML/Javascript).

· Translating user requirements and user stories into actionable items.

· Writing detailed feature requirements and testing plans; participating in system and acceptance testing.

· Creating and maintaining application documentation.

· Day-to-day end user support including user provisioning, training, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications.

· Providing support by debugging issues, answering questions about system functionality, and completing enhancement requests.

· Modifying existing workflows to increase productivity and database performance.

· Install IT software and equipment for new and existing projects.

· Assist with other systems and information technology infrastructure as required.

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

· Three (3) or more years of experience designing and developing low-code, no-code applications based on business requirements.

· Two (2) or more years of QuickBase developer experience (intermediate to advanced QuickBase skills).

· QuickBase Certification - App Builder, expert level highly preferred.

· Knowledge of QuickBase API and Cloud Integration

· Familiarity working with HTML/CSS, XML, JSON, Perl, Python and/or JavaScript

· Self-motivated to complete tasks and comfortable with autonomy and capable of working efficiently and independently.

· Strong math and Excel skills.

· Knowledge of building formulas/table to table relationships/custom reports.

· Ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines and priorities.

· Strong verbal/written communication skills

· UI Design experience
