Job Summary

The Coordinator, Social Media & Influencer Marketing supports the Organic Social Media and Influencer Marketing teams across all workstreams, including publishing, user-generated content (UGC) moderation and community/influencer management.

Primary Responsibilities – Publishing & Live Social Events

  • Responsible for publishing content on all Brand-owned organic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms), ensuring accuracy on all posts
  • Submit Jira tickets for social creative requests including, but not limited to: monthly banners, video files, graphic and retouching needs
  • Support Sr. Specialist in execution of live social events as needed

Primary Responsibilities – User-Generated Content Moderation

  • Responsible for moderating UGC imagery on Curalate, including rights request, content moderation, product tagging and publishing
  • Upload video content to Curalate for distribution on PDP and Gallery pages
  • Maintain UGC moderation guidelines to uphold visual brand standards
  • Work with legal team to stay current with online legal issues (intellectual property, music licensing, etc.)

Primary Responsibilities – Influencer Marketing

  • Assist the Influencer Marketing Specialist in creating materials for influencer programs including product decks, monthly briefs and inventory lists
  • Maintain and update the influencer marketing database
  • Place product orders for influencer partners
