Our NY based Brand Partnership Director will be responsible for selling custom brand integration and media programs to brand marketers and agencies in the east– who are focused on executing premium branded content and social amplification initiatives on YouTube, Vine, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

Must have direct experience working in the Influencer Marketing, YouTube, and general social media arena– 5+ years’ experience selling custom media and/or branding initiatives to major brands and agencies. They will report directly to BBTV’s VP Branded Entertainment & Ad Sales for North America, based in New York City.

Responsibilities:

  • High volume of sales related activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals and meetings in your assigned territory
  • Consistently meet/exceed management objectives and revenue quotas
  • Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships with agency partners and brands
  • Accurately forecast and report ad revenue
  • Sell custom video productions and brand integrations utilizing the vast talent pool of YouTube creators who work with BBTV
  • Sell video pre-roll, video seeding and display media campaigns
  • Proactively manage advertiser relationships from initial contact, RFP, through negotiation
  • Collaborate with sales development and account management team to ensure customer satisfaction, campaign completion and renewals
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on trends, issues and opportunities within territory

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Advertisement or related
  • 5+ years of progressive work experience in digital video brand integration, advertising sales, or related media field
  • Existing rolodex of agency and advertiser relationships
  • Self-starter, detail oriented, and a team player
  • Excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail, Salesforce, and Tubular
