Description
Apparis is looking for a dynamic Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to concept and execute the marketing calendar including product launches, digital campaigns, PR efforts, events and brand collaborations/partnerships.The brand is looking for a proactive and inspiring candidate who has an extensive background in establishing creative strategies for product launches both on and offline. You will have two direct reports under this position, the Sr. Social Media Coordinator and the Brand Partnership Executive. This role calls for someone who has strong experience working with a DTC brand and understands the fashion and lifestyle industries.
Responsibilities
Lead product launches strategy and oversee execution across all channels including offline and online; Partner with growth marketing team to ensure commercial performance
Maintain strong communication with the creative and design team to find innovative ways to talk about the product to ensure successful product launches
Lead our social media strategy in effort to build our online community and elevate our brand message
Monitor and present analytics and insights for all social media platforms
Manage influencer marketing and gifting strategy for each product launches; Partner with the creative team to engineer innovative ways to do gifting and VIP packaging
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all brand communications and channels
Manage PR communications and efforts with external partners and agencies, including international agencies (Europe market)
Team up with the European team for any brand activations in European local markets
Build relationships with industry tastemakers including stylist, editors to elevate the brand
Work cross-functionally with the marketing team in creating copy and content across all channels to present a clear message
Manage any brand collaborations (goal: 1 per Q) effort to grow the brand, product, and awareness
Supervisory Responsibilities
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for the adhering to or developing the Brand Marketing budget
DECISION MAKING: Will be responsible for influencing the Brand Marketing Strategy and proposing innovative strategies to support the Brand positioning
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Must be an out of the box, innovative leader, bringing creative ideas to support the brand positioning in the market

High proficiency in Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive suite
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a fashion or lifestyle DTC brand
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar field, Master’s degree is a plus
Proven success in a Brand Marketing role
Experience working for a digitally native brand is a strong plus
Previous experience working with PR agencies
