The Content Manager is responsible for managing all marketing content for the VIM & VIGR brand. This includes creating authentic social media content, email content as well as updating the website with imagery and copy with new collection launches, promotions, and initiatives.
The person in this role will contribute to the growth, profitability, and innovation of VIM & VIGR and will be exposed to various parts of the business. The ideal person for this role is a strong and clear writer but also understands best practices in SEO to drive traffic and engage audiences with compelling campaigns and content.
This position can be remote or be in office or have a hybrid work arrangement. The work environment is very flexible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop and implement content strategy to drive organic traffic to vimvigr.com.
- Write and edit blogs, emails, web copy, social media posts, product listings and copy for print & digital collateral.
- Manage contracted blog writers to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and keyword optimized.
Website Content Management, SEO and UX Optimization
- Handle all updates and new content, with best practices for SEO, user experience and accessibility in mind.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to determine new opportunities.
- Partner with developers for customizations and new builds
- Work with Operations on promotions and new product launches
Social Media
- Create and manage content for all social media accounts.
- Find ways to reach new audiences and grow user-generated content through micro influencer marketing and referral program.
- Explore opportunities for partnering with other brands.
- Leverage customer feedback and social listening tools to uncover valuable content opportunities.
Digital Advertising
- Manage PPC vendor to drive growth of search, shopping, social, and video ad campaigns.
- Provide design and content ideas to vendor and optimize paid media dollars.
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Brand & Design on print collateral for both e-commerce and wholesale channels.
- Support planning for photography shoots and assist with execution as needed.

Computer Skills:
- Familiarity with digital ecommerce & social platforms (i.e. Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Klaviyo)
Physical Demands:
