About The Role
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on multi-tasker with an absolute passion for fashion, social media, content creation and beyond. The ideal candidate is an industry professional with 3-5 years of real world digital, social and influencer marketing experience. Additionally the ability to write clearly, have unique creative ideas about branding growth, and most importantly a real drive to accomplish, and get things done are what we are looking for.
The Marketing Coordinator works within our team as an integral role in the execution of marketing communications, with the ability to see the big picture and create excitement and broad branding for the company and products. Alongside the Social Media Community Coordinator, you will help execute all aspects of marketing deliverables including management of social media channels, content design creation, mission-based initiatives, merchandise marketing, event planning and pre-production tasks.
You understand the power of influence and advertising in an E-commerce space, so you bring a fresh energy to the planning and implementation of creative campaigns through an always evolving content strategy. We have several new products on the roadmap this year to launch, so we need someone who can help grow our brand presence across all channels. including (but not limited to) the blog, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
Develop, track, measure, and report KPIs that measure social growth, traffic, brand perception, and sentiment. Develop and implement Social Media and PR Marketing Campaigns Work alongside Social Media Community Manager to effectively grow our influencer strategy Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of social media programs including influencer collaboration coordination, talent gifting, event preparation, brand development, editorial campaigns & influencer shoots Reach out to Magazines, Influencers, Customers and other Leads within the industry to get write-ups, Youtube video reviews, or other postings regarding our products. Maintain our Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms with fresh exciting content Maintain a CRM for all actions and tasks and relationships Develop powerful and memorable stories and interactive experiences that brings our high performance apparel vision to life on all social media channels Reach out to associations and influencers to use/ promote our products Own, manage, analyze and track the social media and website analytics Test messages and experiences to optimize traffic and channel growth Support/ regional and global product launches and events with social and community strategies that drive awareness and engagement. Attend event and photo shoots for support Create content -- images for social media, newsletter write ups Interface with affiliates for promotional materials Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, video producers, and other online content creators to promote our brand in the digital space Performs other similar or related duties such as pre production setup and breakdown for photo shoots, as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Marketing or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media, marketing (Visual Merchandising/ Fashion industry experience a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite and other 3rd party software programs to manage projects (Airtable, JIRA, Trello, Slack, MailChimp, Wix, WordPress, Shopify) Proficient in social media scheduling tools (Iconosquare, Hootsuite, Preview, Sprout) Experienced in Adobe CS, Canva, Sketch or Promo Strong familiarity with digital and social media policies and influencers Proven ability to create engaging social media content Ability to organize, track and record digital communication strategies, posting and tagging requirements, gifting follow up and blog article participation Attention to detail – ensuring you’re crossing your T’s and dotting your I’s for maximum efficiency A passion for pop culture, current events, and emerging trends in retail, health, medicine and marketing content Excellent communication skills and relationship management Strong team-building skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams A motivated, self-starter with a creative eye, attention to detail and entrepreneurial character Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding project schedules ~ social media doesn’t sleep so neither do we! Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills.
