CHE is a premier provider of behavioral health services with more than 700 clinicians in eleven states. We are a multispecialty clinical group dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and to reducing stigma associated with mental health conditions.
We provide both psychology and psychiatry services in multiple settings including Outpatient Telehealth, In-person Psychotherapy Clinics, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Social Media and Community Engagement Manager to ideate, execute, optimize and manage all areas of social media in support of creating company awareness and engagement, and leading growth of CHE’s online presence and customer base. You will manage certain specific areas of social media campaigns across multiple platforms and be a key contributor in developing content and driving brand story-telling, in addition, communicating regularly with our digital agency.
A key role of your position will be to provide analytics and insights to the leadership team. including project managing new pilot programs and campaigns. By staying on top of trends, you will be the voice of what's new in the social and behavioral health spaces, and champion opportunities to expand and strengthen our current footprint.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, drive and manage the overarching social media strategy across all channels to align with business goals. Develop compelling content and programs across various social platforms that engage and communicate effectively with our audience Seamlessly execute social media brand campaigns from start to finish including content creation, messaging, brand voice and story-telling, streamlining processes and supporting longer-term planning efforts Engage with and oversee community management of all inbound social and amplification of posts, all while ensuring delivery of a consistently above-and-beyond, enjoyable experience for existing and potential customers Focus on continuously improving the social media experience for our followers while considering new and innovative ways to foster CHE’s online growth Cross-functionally develop social media plans for all key company projects, products, launches, and initiatives Establish social media guidelines for all channels, including all internal and external teams/partners Direct and manage influencer marketing strategies (and relationships) across all digital platforms to maximize engagement, new user acquisition, and growth Oversee the monitoring and aggregation of social media data and performance; execute ROI-focused social campaigns; track, monitor, and share KPIs Monitor and research industry developments, creative trends, and culturally relevant moments to push forward our social media efforts with speed and efficiency.
Education, Experience, Knowledge And Skills
Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, digital media, or related field 5+ years of social media experience working on creative brand / corporate campaigns and leading community engagement Skilled in social media tools and influencer marketing on platforms including at a minimum: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In. Snap and Tik Tok a plus Adept at collecting, analyzing, and using social data to inform decision-making A clear communicator and skilled writer who understands the importance of brand voice and best-in-class customer experiences Passionate about directly engaging with our customers and brand fans Strategic, process-oriented, and organized, as well as a naturally inquisitive, deliberate, and collaborative team player On the cutting edge of social trends and culture, knowing how and when to engage in them while maintaining brand integrity Flexible with the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume social media landscape Proficient in Google Analytics Experience working as liaison between brand and agency
