Digital Marketing Assistant

Our health insurance agency offers insurance products nationwide for baby boomers age 65+ in 48 states. We are a top national producer for well-known insurance companies like Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare and we are rapidly growing. Our growing company is expanding our Marketing Department.

We are seeking an entry-level, Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This person will join the Marketing Team to assist in the continuation and growth of various online marketing initiatives. Employee will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a key role on the team with online communications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Effectively communicate with clients and target audience on all social media platforms
• Help the team monitor multiple social media accounts, ensuring that inquiries and comments are answered in a timely and appropriate manner
• Contribute to blogs and online articles
• Help design images and illustrations
• Contribute creative strategies to grow our engagement
• Assist in analyzing trends, target audiences, and objectives
• Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing and social media marketing
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Superb attention to spelling and grammar
• Competitive, friendly, positive, loyal team player
• Conscientious and highly organized
• Self-motivated
• Ability to solve problems creatively and on your own
• Basic understanding with multiple digital marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar relevant experience
