Job Summary:

Alpha Paw is looking for a seasoned, innovative, and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to launch, lead, grow, and maintain the Influencer Marketing program across all platforms. This person will lead the charge on developing relationships with influencers (both dog and human), gifting product, and capturing both organic and paid content. A hardworking, organized individual with an attention for detail and a knack for analytics, the Influencer Marketing Manager will set goals and KPI’s, monitor metrics, and create and implement the overall influencer marketing strategy. This role will be an integral part of Alpha Paw’s short-term and long-term growth & success.

About this role:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns; including: driving the campaign strategy, sourcing talent, negotiating rates if applicable, managing contract development, onboarding, and managing influencer relations.
  • Negotiate partnerships with media outlets to efficiently drive ecommerce sales and ROI.
  • Own and manage a monthly influencer budget.
  • Drive relationships with content creators & managers across key social channels including Instagram/Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
  • Pitch creative concepts based on knowledge of social trends, and identify real-time content opportunities.
  • Utilize measurement tools to track performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage talent timelines as part of large-scale marketing programs.
  • Manage day-to-day execution including community management across all social platforms & engaging with the brand’s audience.
  • Own social analytics including weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting, ensuring KPIs are met.

  • Work in partnership with Social Media Manager to align on campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in social media and influencer/affiliate marketing
  • Enjoys being a self-starter, not afraid to pitch ideas
  • Meticulous and incredibly organized
  • Ability to identify influencers that align with our brand aesthetically, but also with the right engagement and audience.
  • Strong understanding of social media (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok and Twitter) and online content
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms, as well as reporting and analytics tools
  • Team spirit and excitement towards cross-functional collaboration
  • Prefers being agile and challenged in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate storytelling and excellent writing, punctuation, and style skills
