We are on the hunt for an experienced professional in the influencer marketing industry who is ready to create new and innovative campaigns for our influencer-focused Campaigns Team. You will work with a wide range of brands all while bringing your social media expertise and perspective to an integrated environment. We are searching for someone with a strategic mindset and deep knowledge of the social media space. We are seeking someone with superior relationship-building skills and someone who is a team player. An optimal candidate is a proven leader and a fantastic communicator with a deep understanding of social trends and media activations. This is an Atlanta-based, remote-friendly position.

Who You Are:

  • An experienced influencer marketing professional with 2 or more years of experience from either an ad agency, media company, or social media marketing company with a deep understanding of all three industries
  • You are a strong communicator: You are a known people person and collaborate well with others, team members as well as with clients
  • You get excited by coming up with new, and cutting edge ways to utilize social media and know how to use each social platform to its fullest
  • A proactive and autonomous thinker who deeply understands social media and the industries that have built up around the platforms
  • Super organized and can manage a multi-product, multi-channel posting schedule in your sleep without relying on scheduling software
  • A natural-born leader with a track record of team members, coworkers, and clients who will vouge for your abilities to bring people together
  • You are agile: You adapt well to changing needs and priorities and are able to pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience working in Social Media Influencer marketing with proven experience ideating and executing influencer-centered campaigns
  • You have a deep understanding of how social media, viral videos, trends, culture, and memes work, especially on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • You have executed multiple successful, 6-figure influencer campaigns in a previous role
  • High level of accountability and ownership with your campaigns
  • Experience ideating and creating custom social campaigns across platforms while being able to monitor, track, and pivot based on key client metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted startup environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive storytelling capabilities both verbally and visually. You have the ability to turn data and insights into a compelling narrative that informs the campaign
  • Must have experience working directly with influential creators and a track record of successful campaigns for clients
  • You have contacts in the influencer & social media world with the ability to independently build a large Rolodex
  • Proven ability to professionally and effectively present to and communicate with clients on a daily basis
  • You are curious and creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and social media knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience leading new innovation and through in the influencer space.
  • Have an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. We don’t believe in micromanagement but that also means we don’t handhold too much — you’ll be expected to jump right in, ask questions, learn quickly and speak up if you need a hand!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring the competitive social landscape, market changes, and developments and remain current of emerging industry and digital trends
  • Assisting in talent discovery; building and maintaining influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time
  • Building and scaling strategic campaigns that focus on driving organic growth through repeatable, multi-channel programs
  • Collaborating and overseeing campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, reporting, and optimization across social channels, end-to-end owning your part in the process
  • Identify and measure KPIs and generate regular performance reports that track results and surface actionable insights.
