Senior Manager, Activation & Client Service

POSITION SUMMARY

Optimad Media is a fast-growing, performance-based digital advertising agency that is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Manager of Activation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of media programs for multiple well-known brands and agencies. You will be expected to work with clients to coordinate, execute, and set expectations on program deliverables, then partner with internal teams to deliver on the established performance guarantees. Your success will be determined by your ability to proactively work through day-to-day situations, establish strong relationship with clients, and communicate effectively with internal departments and 3rd party partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage various projects with multiple priorities simultaneously, all with minimal direction
  • Manage 1-2 strategic clients & their influx of projects (Up to 12 programs at once)
  • Develop timelines and ensure internal and client deadlines are hit, anticipating potential bottlenecks, and coming up with solutions to mediate
  • Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and 3rd party partners
  • Schedule and lead execution discussions with clients to build trusted relationships throughout the launch process
  • Work with Client Leads to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Develop a holistic understanding of client's needs past, present, and future
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams by setting expectations to launch and ensuring a timely and successful delivery of media objectives
  • Recommend, request, and facilitate creative development process with clients
  • Work with a variety of Internal departments (Creative, Media Buyers, Digital Strategy, Sales, & Leadership) and translate needs for each stakeholder
  • Manage 3rd party activation partners, processes and requirements to deliver on guaranteed campaign results (Creative, Social, Digital, Commerce, Analytics)
  • Review and interpret media results and formulate documents based on client needs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of each campaign to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with Digital Strategy and Client Leads to construct Key Learnings and Program Recommendations for future campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or another related field
  • 4+ years experience in Account Management (Agency Client Services)
  • 3+ years experience in the Digital Media/Marketing Industry
  • 2+ years experience Social Influencer Marketing (optional)
  • 2+ years experience in Project Management (optional)
