Account Executive, Influencer Marketing

About The Job

Zeno Chicago is looking for an ambitious digital specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will have experience executing influencer programs for top brands - including both B2C and B2B/thought leader campaigns.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for influencer identification, evaluation and outreach/engagement, including leveraging proprietary tools to evaluate influencer audiences, content quality and average content performance. This candidate will also lead influencer contract negotiations and execution, helping work as a partner to influencers to ensure content meets client expectations and authentically tells brand stories.

This candidate will execute influencer work across social platforms, focusing primarily on Instagram, but with the opportunity for additional work on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn. Our relationship-first approach to influencer marketing is high-touch, meaning we need a candidate who is both creative and highly organized. This role will have the opportunity to work with household name brands in a fast-paced environment, which means experience working on multiple projects simultaneously is a must.

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital, social and/or influencer role
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, marketing, or other related field
• Experience with B2C and B2B/thought leader influencer engagement across paid and/or earned and for top brands
• Excellent time management skills and highly organized, with experience working simultaneously on multiple clients
• Experience managing influencer relationships 1:1 and co-creating content for clients
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, especially Powerpoint
• Experience tracking OOP budgets and managing influencer payments
  

Pluses

• Experience playing a key role in measurement efforts for a social, digital or influencer program, including calculating benchmarks, engagement rates and synthesizing data to demonstrate impact
• Experience with amplifying social media content using paid on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, using either basic targeting or data-driven tactics (e.g. retargeting, lookalikes, etc.)
• Experience with influencer campaigns that drive ecommerce or conversions
• Proficiency in Tagger or similar influencer marketing platforms
