About the Role:
The Senior Vice President of Marketing Product will be responsible for managing the operations of all performance marketing departments and product offerings at Power Digital. This position will play a critical role in owning product quality and ensuring that it is consistent across all departments and consistently innovated to remain best in class. This role will also include assuring that our department org charts are iterated on and built to handle scale, identifying key gaps to improve or add talent and investing in the growth of our VPs, Department Heads and Strategists.
The VP’s and / or Executive Directors for all Performance Marketing Departments will report into this role.

- P&L Responsibility - VPs and Managing Directors reporting into this role will own P&L responsibilities for their departments and in turn this role will oversee the 7 P&Ls outlined above
- Operational Excellence & Scale - ensure the departments are optimized to scale with consistent MoM and YoY growth
- Organizational Leadership - anticipate new roles needed and role shifts to best service clients and retain talent
- Product Quality - create processes and training programs to ensure the product quality is consistent across all teams driving process improvements and adoption
- Cross-Channel Strategy Integration - work with key leadership to assure the 7 performance marketing departments along with the other brand strategy departments are fully integrated and collaborative on strategy and how we engage with clients
- Team Retention - work with department leadership to elevate, develop and retain key talent
- Client Retention - assure product quality is world class and work hand in hand with SVP who oversees client retention along with President who oversees new business to assure the product we are selling matches the experience our clients are getting and drives peak results and client retention
- Leadership - coach, develop and lead the VPs and Managing Directors pushing them to better lead their people and managers under them
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with eCommerce brands
- Successful track record managing multiple P&Ls
- Department leadership and management experience required
- Experience managing other managers as well as top performers
- Experience with organizational structure and optimizing structure with scaling
- High EQ and ability to build relationships across the organization
- Combination of agency experience and brand experience to demonstrate ability to work at a rapid pace and move from one initiative to another effectively
