Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced influencer marketing manager to build relationships with the best creators and influencers looking to learn and talk about Extra to their following (both big and small!). You will be responsible for establishing and launching our influencer program to the world and work with our marketing teams to help rapidly deploy campaigns and new partnerships on an ongoing basis.

This is a full stack role, meaning you are identifying, reaching out, negotiating, and closing partnerships through full delivery with creators.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying creators that relate and resonate the best with the Extra brand, mission, and values.
  • 24/7 cold / warm outbound communication to target creators
  • Full ownership of budget, closing, delivery, and required docs for ownership of content, and communication of influencer pipeline between internal marketing teams.
  • Organized process for influencer pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of influencer marketing experience for a big brand, personality, or agency
  • Proven experience hitting key organic social metrics
  • A person who loves to problem solve
  • Appreciation for social media and meme culture

  • Are based on the West Coast, we are preferential to someone in the PST timezone
  • Love the idea about helping people unlock the ability to build their credit history like never before
  • Have a sense of humor

Compensation

Competitive pay, full-time contract position.
