Set & Stones is a women owned and operated jewelry brand established in 2016 and based in San Diego, CA. The line can be found in major retailers including Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Lord & Taylor and Hudson’s Bay along with hotels including Hyatt, Pendry and Fairmont and also independent boutiques across the nation. The styles feature 14k gold fill, sterling silver and 24k gold over brass and are designed to be stacked and layered. From dainty designs to pieces that were born to be conversation starters, Set & Stones jewelry is thoughtfully crafted to be worn all day, every day.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media + Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will be in-office and the candidate must be able to commute to our San Diego office in Mission Gorge.

Requirements

  • 32+ hours/week
  • Marketing experience and/or background preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • A passion for jewelry, fun, and working hard!
  • Start date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication and follow ups with influencers via email and Instagram DM
  • Organize, track and follow up with influencer outreach
  • Assist in preparing and shipping PR packages for influencers
  • Stay up to date with Set & Stones’ affiliate marketing (LiketoKnowit and Shareasale)
  • Track performance of IG feed posts and email campaigns weekly
  • Stay on top of brand’s social media via DMs and community engagement and repost content
  • Create monthly reports (segmented biweekly) on social media feed posts with assistance from interns including impressions, reach, engagement, follower count, etc.
  • Create monthly reports on email campaign performance including CTR, CTOR, unsubscribe #s, subscriber #s
  • Coordinate Pinterest updates weekly, analyze traffic/conversions to brand website and provide reports, if required
  • Update brand’s Facebook commerce catalog that links to S&S Instagram shop
  • Assist coordination with brand ambassadors
  • Collaboratively work with team to fulfill content calendar and Instagram feed planning via Planoly, on an as-needed basis
  • Collaboratively create content for all social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc., on an as-needed basis
  • Stay on top of current trends and upcoming micro and macro influencers in the industry
