Associate Director YouTube & Influencer Marketing

WHAT WE NEED

This Associate Director/Director of YouTube and Influencer Marketing defines team direction and ensures all initiatives are closely tied to clients’ business needs and strategic drivers. The Associate Director of YouTube and Influencer Marketing provides functional management and leadership to a team of media buyers, planners, and coordinators and oversees all day-to-day workflow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Responsible for coordinating calls with SVP/VP of sales teams at networks to ensure we are always optimizing our buying and planning processes.
• Coordinate with Account Management to build new client RFP’s as the team appropriate team is assigned to the client
• Assigns Buyer/Planner/Coordinator to each new account while assessing each individual workload.
• Assists team in building out an RFP Template/client brief to be sent to all network partners prior to building a new plan.
• Attend both internal and external calls when necessary to lean in on the strategy and execution of a campaign to ensure optimum success.
• Monitors the landscape for brand safety issues and trends and is responsible to report all issues (Big and small) to the Account Management team to ensure we notify clients of issues prior to them finding out.
• Lead all weekly team meetings- build out agendas and ensure that every team member time is used efficiently.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Influencer Marketing
• You demonstrate a complete understanding of agency planning procedures and internal capabilities
• You show proven success in establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with clients
• You have demonstrated success in "owning" high-quality campaigns that have provided measurable and meaningful results
• You can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment and experienced in managing projects from concept to completion
• You work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanor
• You have experience in managing, training, and mentoring junior staff; ability to set clear objectives and day-to-day priorities for yourself and junior staff members
• You have outstanding written and oral communications skills and the ability to think strategically
• You have a high level of attention to detail and organization
• You are self-motivated and productive in both independently and in a collaborative team setting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of study
• You have experience working in a media planning capacity for an agency or advertiser
