JOB SUMMARY

As a member of our brand partnerships team, you will be the main liaison between external brands and internal partners, driving fast-paced campaigns from inception to completion. The Account Manager should possess incredibly strong communication skills (written and verbal), a deep knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices, and a flair for creativity. Attention to detail, proactivity, and a constant sense of urgency is a must.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day campaign communication with a wide range of agencies and advertisers
  • Manage brand-campaigns from execution to completion – creating campaign timelines, hosting kick-off calls and managing creation and delivery of campaign assets within a range of platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple internal departments to ensure campaign feasibility and success.
  • Juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel and work weekends as needed for campaign production.
  • Execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns using internal tools and dashboards, offering clients data-driven insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in account management, digital strategy or marketing at an agency, platform, publisher, and/or brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities.
  • Experience with content creation and/or production is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of social media platform reporting, as well as creator/influencer marketing, is a plus.
