Job Overview/Summary

The Brand Engagement Associate manager will be a social-led digital marketing role that is responsible for executing social activations and brand campaigns across a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Engagement, the associate manager will be a social-led digital marketing role that directly manages multiple marketing channels. Responsibilities include social strategy and execution, influencer marketing strategy and execution, integrated digital marketing campaign support, and content project management.

Social and Influencer strategy and execution (65%)

  • Manage organic social calendar and posting cadence across all key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube. Brief and execute organic social creative with internal agency
  • Work with media agency to run paid social creative across all key platforms, including building social ad creative in native ad platforms and assist in asset management and creative rotations
  • Represent the business unit as a subject matter expert on social platforms and best practices. Act as key voice and leader when providing agency feedback on social creative
  • Bring opportunities with new channels and tactics into the business unit. Own relationships with select vendors and social platforms to build internal capabilities
  • Own regular share outs of social listening and social measurement of key social platforms
  • Manage all influencer strategy alongside PR agency. Take the lead in influencer selection, briefing and execution from the client side

Integrated Digital Marketing Campaign Support (35%)

  • Work with cross functional teams (Brand, Sales, R&D, Legal) to execute digital marketing campaigns across social, influencer, PR, media, and experiential

Key Skills, Abilities, Experience And Education Required

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 3-5 years Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Social, or Agency experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Content creation experience
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and proactively propose solutions
