We are looking for a Media Channel Partnerships Manager to support our User Growth team in Los Angeles, particularly for TikTok growth. For this role we are seeking someone who is experienced in developing and maintaining relationships with results-oriented business partners to drive sustainable user growth and app traffic.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing partners (including but not limited to: platforms, publishers, agencies, brands) to help generate more new user acquisition

- Proactively explore and source potential partnership opportunities with major media platforms (i.e. Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) to innovate, build brand awareness and drive acquisition

- Proactively explore and source potential partnership opportunities with brands (i.e. Fortune 500, mobile apps, etc.) to build awareness and drive acquisition

- Guide strategies and programs with internal and external teams for media and brand campaigns

- Responsible for deal negotiations, agreements and onboarding of new partners

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to align on business strategies and develop multi-objective campaigns and programs

- Project manage multiple projects within User Growth team and across key stakeholders on other teams

Who We're Looking For

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

- 7+ years of experience in related field

- Strong understanding of and experience in working with performance media and/or marketing

- Well-established network with potential business partners (i.e. brands, agencies) for growth opportunities

- Excellent communication and negotiation ability

- Self-starter mentality

- Passion for social media

EVEN BETTER IF

- Mobile marketing experience

- Influencer marketing experience

- Product marketing experience

- Experience working with streaming/entertainment app data

- Experience working in a start-up atmosphere

- Experience working in a fast-changing, hands-on work environment
