Job Description

We are looking for a curious, creative thinker who is a natural relationship builder. As the Associate Manager of Influencer Marketing, you have a blend of strategic thinking, creative prowess, and deep knowledge of the influencer marketing space as well as a desire to learn more about the landscape of social marketing. You will report into the Senior Strategist on these two über-fun brands, helping bring their brand to life through the influencer space. As the Associate Manager, you will:

  • Recommend influencer partners for our clients and build relationships with established and up-and-coming content creators and talent managers and vetting partners to make sure they’re the perfect fit for the brand
  • Draft contracts, negotiating fees and managing the influencer relationship from contracting through campaign wrap-up
  • Work with strategy and creative teams to come up with ideas that make for amazing content and talk-worthy campaigns
  • You will work alongside the team to ensure that influencer content created seamlessly aligns with the brand’s social feed for usage and brief partners on that content creation accordingly.
  • Develop campaign materials including creative briefs, key messages and content guidelines
  • Measure the success of influencer initiatives, delivering reports and recommendations for future programs, developing optimization of influencer campaigns
  • Maintain status documents, invoicing and processing payments

You Have

Qualifications

  • 1+ years professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital strategy or related field
  • Experience with influencer software tools (i.e. CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Popular Pays) is preferred
  • Deep knowledge of pop culture and have a finger on the pulse of the ever-changing world of influencer marketing
  • Experience presenting ideas, decks, and reports to senior-level internal teams and clients
  • A knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms – from Instagram to TikTok – and the nuances that go into making compelling and engaging influencer content across channels.
