TechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator – FabKids.
How Do You Fit In?
As the Social Media and Influencer Coordinator, you will serve as a key player for the growth, voice, and engagement of FabKids’ social media channels. The right person will use exceptional creativity, project management skills, and attention to detail to lead the content development and implementation of social media marketing programs. You will also be responsible for managing our influencer program which is focused on driving growth and branded content. You will cultivate influencer relationships, oversee influencer campaigns, and find new ways to push our influencer program forward. The ideal candidate for this role is an avid social media user who keeps up with the latest trends and understands the influencer marketing landscape.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing at FabKids.
Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
- Bring the FabKids brand to life through best-in-class social content across organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
- Help brainstorm and conceptualize larger social media and brand initiatives.
- Create compelling, original, and platform-native social content to strengthen and achieve the goals of each social channel - growth, engagement, conversion
- Report on monthly social performance and monitor social metrics like reach, engagement, and follower count
- Support Brand Marketing Manager in development of editorial calendar, aligning social media plan with Marketing, Merchandising and PR initiatives
- Project manage deliverables with internal creative team and Copywriter
- Coordinate logistics for social programs and giveaways
- Monitor and present best practices and emerging trends within the digital / social space
- Bring a fresh perspective and new creative ideas to the table
Influencer Outreach & Coordination
- Oversee discovery, outreach, and recruitment of influencers
- Be the FabKids point of contact for influencers, managing existing influencer relationships while proactively recruiting new influencers
- Report and present on influencer performance, distilling data into insights around customer acquisition performance and social engagement
- Fulfill influencer sample orders, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise to influencers
- Partner with influencers to ensure best practices of their social media posts and promotions are met
- Using Adobe InDesign, create influencer look book showcasing FabKids latest merchandise monthly
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of social media and influencer marketing experience
- Understanding of or experience within the following areas: influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, ecommerce, fashion
- Possess a good balance between a marketing mindset and creative eye
- Experience ideating and developing compelling social content
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker that is performance driven
- Experience writing creative briefs and managing feedback with creative teams a plus
- Experience with Adobe CC and project management tools (Dropbox, Google Drive, Basecamp, etc) preferred
- Understanding of or experience marketing to a female customer, specifically moms (ideal but not required)
- Strong project management skills
