Role
As a recruiting coordinator at Linqia, you will own all aspects of coordinating the candidate sourcing and interview process, including scheduling, updating the candidate pipeline, ensuring positive candidate experience, sourcing, and more. This is an opportunity to have a big impact in a rapidly scaling team with a clear track to becoming a full cycle Recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Manage a seamless coordination process for candidates and hiring managers that will enable scaling our recruiting processes
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel (once office opens), manage reimbursements, and ensure all candidates have a top-notch experience at Linqia
- Communicate professionally in all candidate interactions
- Gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
- Help with sourcing candidates for high priority roles
- Work on other side projects related to recruiting/People Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (new college grads welcome!)
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Ability to build an effective process amid change and ambiguity
Nice To Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Google Drive, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
