Influencer Marketing Manager
Purpose of Position
The Influencer Marketing Manager is a vital role within the Publisher Management department, dedicated to building and developing new influencer relationships and partnerships in North America. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to support and accelerate the growth of influencer marketing across our network.
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will take on the management of influencer programs within the business as well as prospecting and onboarding new influencer partners to our network.
This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant difference to the growth of Awin and ShareASale in the US and to become a key member of this dynamic company.
Key Tasks
Campaign Sales
- Pro-active advertiser outreach to pitch self-service and managed influencer campaigns to clients and agencies.
- Responsible for all in-bound requests for influencer campaigns.
- Scheduling meetings with internal client services and NB teams, and clients (inc. during QBR’s, sales pitch) to present successful influencer marketing solutions.
- Identify new opportunities to maximize influencer marketing initiatives.
- Produce case studies that can be presented and pitched to clients.
Campaign Management
- Manage and execute strategy and campaigns for the brand.
- Provide support, guidance and report on influencer campaigns including updates on performance and delivery data-driven insights.
- Communicate regularly with brands and influencers, providing the necessary services to successfully meet the client’s KPIs.
- Apply deep understanding of US and global leading influencer platforms and influencer marketing best practices to provide strategic recommendations to drive and improve customer success.
- Act as the main liaison between influencers, influencer platforms and brand/agency partners.
Skills
& Expertise
- 3 years+ experience managing influencer marketing programs with relationships across fashion, beauty, fitness, travel, entertainment, lifestyle.
- Good standard of academic achievement, including a University Degree.
- Experience with Asana, Tableau, SimilarWeb, Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Strong knowledge about the affiliate marketing industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently on a local and global level.
- Evidence of consistent over-achievement of targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially at high level.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
