Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator role is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to launch an exciting career in the MarTech/AdTech space in a company with a fast growing digital business. As the Account Coordinator, you will support Digital Account Managers and Account Executives in their campaign execution, optimization and reporting by leveraging the latest digital technology and the unique media assets of iHeartMedia. We are looking for a dedicated individual who eager to learn the operational components of digital advertising through digital expertise, data-driven insights, and growth strategies. You will be successful here if you are detail oriented, endlessly curious and a team-player who is looking to learn the digital advertising landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support advertisers and sales with end to end digital activation
- You’ll ensure client goals are met through proactive management, communication and optimization
- You'll measure clients' advertising campaign success and ROI through actionable insights data-driven storytelling
- You’ll work cross-functionally and act as a liaison between multiple internal teams (Operations, Design, Sales) and external partners to ensure successful onboarding and growth of accounts
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Adept as entrepreneurial self-starter
- A foundational understanding of digital media and advertising
- A propensity for managing production workflow, timelines and schedules
- Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- An understanding of Paid & Influencer Social Media a plus
- An understanding of the Digital Audio & Podcast industry a plus
- Knowledge of Operative One, Xandr, Google Ad Manager (DFP/DCM) is a plus
