Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.
Treasury Management & Payment Solutions
- Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
- Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending
The Digital Solutions for Business (DS4B) group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities on behalf of Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking, and other lines of businesses. The Commercial Electronic Office (CEO) product team has an exciting opportunity for a digital product manager to manage and enhance mobile-first experiences with a focus on native mobile capabilities (biometrics, image capture). The product manager will take into consideration a holistic view of the customer's interactions across the customer journey in order to deliver delightful, frictionless and consistent interactions on the CEO mobile application for commercial and corporate banking customers.

Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to:
- Establishing strategy for mobile capabilities
- Defining features and requirements as part of the overall CEO mobile roadmap
- Developing and testing hypotheses for moving the needle on customers authentication experience
- Be a key contributor and influencer on projects, helping to translate business needs that contribute to enhancing or creating new mobile experiences.
- Aligns team and partners on goals and definition of success
- Manages plan, prioritizes backlog, defines, ships, and iterates
- Serves as subject matter expert - deep in area of responsibility, wide in context
- Tracks industry trends, solutions, competitive offerings
- Develops, evolves, and interprets metrics for measuring effectiveness and identifying opportunities
- Analyzes and derives actionable insights and improvement opportunities from data and user research
- Innovates, brings thought leadership to solving of customer and related business problems
- Manages multiple, concurrent deliverables with tight deadlines
Relationship Building
- Understands the importance of building and maintaining relationships with key partners
- Establishes and maintains relationships with a diverse team of partners across lines of businesses and channels, risk and compliance, legal, information security, authentication and fraud strategy, and technology
- Becomes a trusted partner through transparent interactions / communications

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experience
- 2+ years of mobile app product management experience
- 2+ years of mobile banking experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of mobile payments experience
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
- Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
- Ability to influence management on technical or business solutions
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Job Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
