The Content & Marketing Associate reports to the Ecommerce Content Manager to ensure all content (copy, product data, imagery, enriched content and reviews) is created for all product and uploaded to online retailers. This role works both independently and collaboratively with the content team to complete each product setup online. This role will heavily manage and produce product copy and enriched content such as, but not limited to, Amazon A+, Waymore, UGC, Reviews, Video and Engaging Social Content. This role will assist in managing and maintaining Shopify and WordPress websites and various social media accounts for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company-wide copy requests for ecommerce, in-store, branding, editorial, social media, website, etc. (freelance copywriters available as needed)
- Update & maintain various ecommerce channels including Amazon storefronts, Shopify websites, WordPress accounts, and Retailer Brand Pages
- Oversee the content creation process for all Enriched content for online listings
- Generate and oversee product reviews for online listings
- Assist with creating content calendars for social media platforms and help to build marketing presence for all brands under the Town & Country Living umbrella.
- Concept and design social media posts and stories and schedule according to product launches and promotions
- Work with Content Manager & Marketing/Licensing Team to create a thriving Influencer Program
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in copy/content writing for the digital marketing and content creation space
- Passion for product and editorial copywriting with excellent editing skills and understanding of the importance of SEO copy.
- Deadline focused and excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinker with an eye for digital design, composition, and storytelling
- Strong organization skills
- Must have full working knowledge of all current social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and Pinterest for business
- Enjoys working within a team and collaborating with others to ensure projects are executed at their highest potential
- Knowledgeable in maintaining Shopify and WordPress websites
- Workable knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Adobe Premier or other video editing platforms for creating video content
- Basic knowledge of Textiles is a plus
