ZonGuru - An Amazon Seller Software Company - is looking for a Business Development Manager to Grow our Sales and Partnership Initiatives.

ZonGuru is a SaaS toolset that Helps Amazon Private Label Brands maximize their revenue and profits on Amazon.

We’re looking for a new team member with awesome experience and skills in Business Development, Sales and Partnerships. Someone who wants to push their skillset to help our Amazon Software business develop strategic partnerships that will ultimately lead to growing our subscriber base.

Dive in and help grow our Biz Dev discipline tactically, but also do have the vision to lead and grow a team. Ready to find opportunities, push the envelope and take on leading responsibilities? This is a fast-moving business so be ready to get creative and push your skillset!

What hours, Where, Experience?

● F/T

● Management-level Base plus commission TBD based on relevant experience. ● Boise, ID Location preferred, plus virtual flexibility as needed

● 5+ years experience. Resume required.

What skill sets are we looking for?

● Someone who loves to sell and build a team

● Strong initial business development & sales experience, with a track record that shows the ability to be hands-on and grow subscribers through strategic partnerships, influencers, affiliates, events, and more.

● Ability to define and track measurable outputs to meet goals and objectives ● Strong writing and verbal skills

● Experience with building affiliate and influencer relationships a plus.

● Experience with Amazon Sellers industry a plus

● A Degree in Business a plus

● In order to succeed in this position, it is critical to be willing to spend time understanding our business landscape, our customers, and our industry landscape. This well-rounded business understanding will be critical to ensure that the business development strategies and programs align with our business goals and actually engage our audience.

● If you are naturally curious, entrepreneurial, self-empowered, love problem-solving, enjoy working with a team, and basically have a high standard for the work you produce, you would be a great fit for our team.

● This is still very much a startup so there will be additional project tasks outside of purely just strategic work. But all are related to understanding the bigger picture regarding our business and our products. You will have the trust, leeway, and responsibilities to build your own amazing sales and business development program.

Main responsibilities/goals of the Sales Manager:

● Leading with charisma and a strong work ethic.

● The goal is to help build an audience and subscribers from Amazon Sellers ● This will be achieved through building a network of partners, affiliates, influencers, and other key initiatives

● Ability to define measurable outputs, based on developing and leveraging partnerships to drive SaaS subscriptions to ZonGuru products

● Initiating leads, creating partners, and then briefing the necessary team members to deliver on initiatives is part of the gig.

● Working with leadership team members to enhance the biz Dev and market strategy. ● Initiating leads, creating partners, and then briefing the necessary team members to deliver on initiatives.

● Build and foster relationships with key partners to ensure long-term success and retention.

● Creating SOP’s as the sales team builds is important.

● Presence at targeted events, representing ZonGuru.
