Yonder is seeking an Influencer & Social Community Coordinator to help us grow our marketing team, build upon Yonder’s social media strategies and engage in influencer campaigns and promotions.

Influencer Strategy

-Research and identify potential influencer partners to work with Yonder

-Assist the Senior Manager with influencer outreach, planning, creative ideation and execution across global markets

-Organize and book travel arrangements for each partner

-Create and update influencer calendar and on-going creator list for each market

-Manage all communication between influencers and Yonder

-Responsible for managing all creator contracts, creative briefs and schedule strategy calls between influencers and Yonder

-Work with Marketing team to create offer codes and tracking links for each influencer

-Ensure content goes live and all deliverables are met

-Pull and house all influencer results to be used on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

-Work with the Senior Manager to put together insights and learnings for campaigns

Community Manager

-Act as the Yonder voice and engage with potential customers & hosts across Yonder's primary social media channels

-Using Yonder's social management tool, respond to all community questions and comments

-Schedule and post all global Yonder content across social media platforms, as well as adding link tracking in order to measure organic results

-Pull social media data and insights as requested

-Keep social media profiles up-to-date and ensure current best practices are being met

-Partner with Yonder's customer care team to resolve any issues or complaints

Content

-Assist in production and execution of global Yonder content and media for the website, app and other digital touchpoints

-Store and tag photos across brand folders

Qualifications

-1 to 3 years in social media or influencer marketing experience, agency or in-house

-Exceptional organizational skills

-While we are a remote company, we are seeking someone in Austin, TX

-Operates according to deadlines while executing multiple projects

-Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

-Familiarity with social and influencer management tools

-Availability to respond to social media inquiries on weekends
