We are looking for our next talented superstar to join our team. The Client Partner role will be based in New York, acting as an integral member of our Sales team, focused on developing strong relationships with clients, and growing our customer base throughout the US.
Our TRIBE office is based in New York, however we are open to considering applicants throughout the East Coast as we are a predominantly remote team. You will be required to travel at times to NYC, but we can sort out those details later...
Here’s what a day in the life of the Client Partner might look like:
- Develop strategy, tactics and sales plans
- Partnering with Customer Sucess team to drive lifetime customer value and subscription renewals
- Identify, target and win accounts with prominent brands and partners
- Research and analysis of current and future markets, potential clients and revenue opportunities
- Special additional revenue based projects as they arise
- Management reporting and preparation to US Sales Director
There’s a couple of things we need you to confirm that you’ve got in your toolkit before hitting send on your application:
- 3+ years Digital Sales/SaaS sales experience
- A network of brand and media agencies you can call upon is a bonus
- Background and/or understanding in paid social is valuable
- Significant understanding of the commercial landscape of social influencers
- Ability to negotiate and facilitate sales deals and contracts, with strong closing ability
- Ability to manage own workflow and deadlines
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills and discipline
- Passion and hunger for success and being part of a high growth company.
- Affinity with tech an advantage.
- Google Suite vital.
- Background with Hubspot & Slack also helpful
- Self Starter and highly motivated
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Persistent and disciplined
- Phenomenal communication skills incl. great public presenter
- Track record of success in sales
