Pashion is a VC backed startup based in San Luis Obispo, CA that is growing fast - expedited more so by our recent appearance on ABC's Shark Tank. We are expanding our team and are looking for a bright & charismatic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join us.
This role will report directly to Pashion's Brand Experience Manager, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. This is a remote position so you can be based anywhere in the US - we care most that you are a driven self-starter, love the product and the brand, are a great culture fit and are always ready for a challenge. You also must like startup culture, fashion ecommerce, and be a total high heel fanatic - of course.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the execution of Pashion’s influencer marketing strategy
- Research, recruit & onboard key influencers and creators into the program
- Manage relationships with influencers including coordinating product gifting, communicating content guidelines, coordinating co-branded giveaways, coordinating campaign timing, content collection & approvals, etc
- Execute influencer product gifting via order entry and tracking
- Negotiate competitive deals - navigating various deal structures and determining the best fit based on the influencer (i.e. gifting, paid, and affiliate/commission engagements)
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling content with influencers
- Implement recruiting strategies to attract top influencers
- Nurture strong relationships with influencers, agents, managers & publicists
- Prepare and present weekly & monthly reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working with influencers/content creators/or celebrities
- Deep understanding of influencer landscape and social media trends
- Extremely passionate about influencer marketing and networking
- Experience negotiating
- A strong passion for pop culture
- Love for high heels!
