About the Role:
This position is responsible for growing and optimizing paid advertising and customer acquisition programs for our clients across TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest Ads platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Deeps understanding in Paid Social is a must.
- Analyzes data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develops new strategies that will inform future decisions.
- Leverages owned and earned data to build and reports on custom audiences and LALs effectively.
- Manage and execute on campaigns across multiple verticals (e-commerce and B2C lead gen)
- Own strategy and execution for your channel for each of your clients in an effort to hit or surpass client goals
- Understands a unified media strategy across all paid media channels and how to strategically evaluate paid social in the media mix.
- Partners with the data intelligence team to develop dashboards to measure campaign success.
- Works with insights and research team to design research plans, interpret results and synthesize insights.
- Develops and delivers management reporting materials, reports and presentations.
- Partners with finance to create and manages campaign budgets and marketing spend.
- Works closely with retention, engagement, organic social, editorial and partners marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns.
- Collaborates with product, development, design and content to articulate product positioning, features and benefits.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Directly supervises employees within the department(s).
- Oversee a team to manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary.
- Manage all client budgets and advise on budget changes, both between campaigns within a paid account and across channels based on overall return for your clients

Requirements:
- 5+ years Paid Social advertising experience.
- Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchast ad experience a plus
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and how to address different needs of each consumer base.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights to recommend & inform marketing & growth campaigns.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills are a must.
- Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management.
- Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.
- Understanding of basic marketing funnel and where each channel plays role
