About the Role:

The Director of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram) will be managing a team of 20+ paid social account managers and strategists and responsible for client success across their team.

You will lead by example a team of highly talented media buyers and work closely to optimize paid advertising and customer acquisition programs for our clients across Facebook and Instagram.

You will work closely with the team and our clients making sure we are hitting our monthly performance goals.

You will collaborate with our creative department ensuring that we are building and optimizing the right creative to improve performance for our clients across the channel.

*This is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Retention - staff accounts with the team member’s that match each client’s needs
  • Client Success - ensuring we are meeting performance objectives of our clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Leadership - coach, develop and lead a team of motivated media buyers. Integrate leadership teams within the Paid Social department.
  • Team Retention - oversee team member’s growth and development. Manager department bandwidth and hiring needs across all teams.
  • Operational Excellence & Scale - ensure the team is optimized to scale with consistent MoM growth.
  • Organizational Leadership - anticipate new roles needed and role shifts to best service clients and retain talent.
  • Product Quality - craft processes and training programs to ensure the product quality is consistent across all teams Drive process improvements and adoption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance media buying on Facebook/Instagram ideally in a digital or media agency
  • 5+ years of E-commerce experience required
  • Department leadership and management experience required
  • Experience Managing other managers as well as top performers
