Operations Intern

As an operations intern, you will be tasked with helping on all stages of the operations process; assisting brand managers, talent managers, and analysts in a collaborative role. You will have the opportunity to see first-hand the entire process of an influencer campaign from beginning to end. Focus areas include: social media, talent integration, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Brand Managers in integrating users onto the Captiv8 platform.
  • Working in conjunction with analysts in managing Influencer campaign KPI’s.
  • Building custom portfolios for clients on a day to day basis.

Experience / Skills

  • Passion for the influencer marketing space
  • Ability to be a self-starter, thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Photoshop and Video editing skills are preferred
