Senior Global Marketing Manager
Global Marketing Senior Manager will be involved in all aspects of brand marketing. A key area of focus includes marketing plan development and implementation on a global level.
Job Description:
· Assists Director in all category marketing activities, planning and budgeting. Manages the execution of all plans on a global basis for all regions and accounts.
· Lead a Brand Marketing team by overseeing all efforts involved in traditional brand marketing – strategy, public relations, media, influencers, promotions, sampling, packaging, ecommerce, sales support, and retailer signage
· Oversees category budget and program management of all projects to ensure alignment, accuracy and executional excellence
· Provides category and brand recommendations for promotional planning, and marketing support activities for both retail channel and e-commerce site
· Manages all aspects and works with all internal partners to develop promotional assortments, approve concepts, artwork, renderings, sell sheets, p+ls, support planning, forecasting for int’l & domestic retail accounts.
· Key role in leading digital media and communications including briefing agencies, establishing content and media strategy, establishing KPIs and goals, researching new platform opportunities, participating in the asset creation process.
· Establish influencer marketing strategy for US and global; brief and develop contracts with agencies, influencer selection and approval; leading the integration of content into marketing efforts
· Coordinates & interacts regularly with internal partners for brand integration and execution of all programs
· Works closely with Product Development and Creative teams to execute all artwork requirements for both existing & new items globally
· Reports to Director of Global Marketing
· 3 direct reports
Qualifications:
· Marketing major required/MBA desired
· 10+ years progressive brand Marketing experience with a track record of success – Beauty or consumer packaged goods background preferred
· Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, a self- starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal skills.
· Experience working in both e-commerce channel and mass retail channel
· Social & digital media experience and knowledge required
· Strong strategic and executional skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Results-oriented
· Outstanding computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
· Travel required; approximately four times a year
