Job Description:
ShopStyle Collective, the premiere influencer marketing platform, is looking for a Sr. Product Manager. You will be a key leader on the Influencer Growth team and responsible for experiences and technologies allowing us to grow our Influencer community. We’re looking for a product leader with a history of delivering awesome experiences that resonate deeply with users and driving growth using data-driven methods. This role comes with a mandate to innovate, as well as to unlock new potential from proven features. And we want you and your teammates to have fun along the way . You will report to the VP of Product Management for ShopStyle Collective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts and marketers setting the strategy, vision and product roadmap for Influencer Growth.
- Build effective relationships with key partners in Marketing & Partnership business teams and collaborate closely with them on roadmap prioritization
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of the technologies underpinning Influencer Marketing efforts e.g. Partnership APIs, Content Management solutions etc
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities from qualitative and quantitative user research, and competitive analysis
- Work with business analytics partners to size opportunities and to determine how to validate hypotheses.
- Keep up-to-date with the competitive landscape and the evolving needs of online influencers and e-commerce retailers.
- Foster positive team spirit conducive to both innovation AND velocity
- Act as a catalyst for healthy debate, curiosity, and open conversations about the purpose and value of work we deliver together.
- Effectively convey the value, status, and constraints of your projects to large audiences and to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Expert at breaking down open-ended challenges with structured thought processes and frameworks.
- Skilled at synthesizing diverse inputs when solving problems and communicating strategy.
- Highly attuned to the needs, and frustrations of your stakeholders.
- Can make decisive tradeoff calls and rally the support of your stakeholders behind these decisions.
- Able to generate a high volume of novel opportunities and efficiently assess their merit.
- Reflexively turn products upside down to diagnose weak spots and prioritize solutions
- Self-sufficient with sourcing and analyzing data.
Qualification Requirements
- BA or BS required, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Economics.
- MBA a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management
- Experience in: influencer marketing is desirable; experience in retail, product analytics, affiliate marketing, or two-sided marketplaces is a plus
