This team of designers, developers, product managers and product marketers work in a highly collaborative environment to build products and experiences that inspire and bring our creator community together in new and special ways.

We’re looking for a Creator Services Manager to join the Voisey team. As a member of the team, you will work closely with our Product Marketing and other teams to initiate, plan, manage and execute inspiring and engaging campaigns targeting Voisey’s creator community.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, manage and execute activation campaigns on and off Voisey that inspire our creator community
  • Represent Voisey to, and coordinate marketing initiatives with, external partners, including artists, managements, labels and publishers
  • Establish KPIs to measure and maximise creator engagement and retention
  • Drive core creator engagement and retention metrics via planning and execution of activation campaigns that drive opportunity for aspiring creators on Voisey
  • Stay up to date with developments in music industry to identify campaign opportunities
  • Build and execute on marketing roadmaps that link to wider business goals and strategy
  • Work with product, design and other teams to continually improve the experience of using Voisey for creators
  • Build frameworks and processes to structure leads, conversations and creator relationships, and make sure that talent on Voisey is taking advantage of the best opportunities in Voisey and on Snapchat
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Voisey and Snapchat and across partners, with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrate a solid vision for planning, managing and executing engaging campaigns, be at ease in a fast moving and ambiguous environment, and showcase excellent problem solving and communication skills in order to drive impact across a multitude of team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong social skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience spearheading projects across large, cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Looker & Excel

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, business, economics or other relevant field) or equivalent years of experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Project Management or other relevant digital marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from working with artists, managements, labels, publishers, streaming services, etc.
  • Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
  • A strong understanding of Snapchat and the digital content and influencer marketing landscape
  • Experience working with remote product and marketing teams
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 20 - 100+
