We are hiring an Account Coordinator (Bilingual English and Spanish preferred) to work across a variety of our clients on diverse types of integrated, digital-first campaigns. The Account Coordinator will have shared responsibilities across two teams. This individual will interface heavily with internal teams including Account, Creative, and Media to ensure on time delivery of client work. Will also be responsible for interfacing with external partners such as other agencies as well as limited interaction with client stakeholders across a variety of departments. Responsibilities and necessary skills to succeed in this role are summarized below:

This role is temporarily remote with the opportunity for permanent remote work for the right candidate. Working hours must be MST or CST to accommodate client’s and team’s time zone.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The Account Coordinator is responsible for day to day project management, with a focus on:

  1. Manage and develop shared workflow trackers, included but not limited to timelines, creative media assets, media flowcharts, creative coverage needs
  2. Help efficiently manage internal resources for completion of projects, developing project plans, making sure projects are delivered according to timelines
  3. Develop and maintain an updated internal project status and resource allocation
  4. Limited client interaction as needed with oversight from Account Supervisor
  5. Coordinate and support status calls, internal and with clients as needed, by scheduling, taking notes, and tracking next steps.
  6. Adopt all internal and external processes required for the successful delivery of client work including legal approval, digital asset management, client meeting scheduling etc.
  7. Support media management including trafficking media elements to Media partner agency or 3rd party media vendor
  8. Collaborate successfully with other agencies and partners for the benefit of the joint client and inter-agency relationship
  9. Responsible for information management, as in organization of shared drives, saving documents for reference, applying clear naming conventions, etc.
  10. Develop, format, and proofread program related decks and documents

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  1. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of agency experience looking for the opportunity to learn and excited to learn more about CPG marketing, Hispanic marketing, new marketing channels, consumer trends and innovative project management skills. There is an opportunity for professional growth within the Account Management Team.
  2. Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a creative/marketing/advertising agency.
  3. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, collaboration, and project management skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  4. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with traditional and digital marketing channels for timeline development including TV, radio, digital media, social media, and influencer marketing.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills: ability to communicate complex information in easy to understand terms ; asks questions and/or works proactively to investigate solutions; familiarity with Google Suite
  6. Hardworking & accountable - Has a “can do” positive attitude.
  7. Can effectively manage multiple projects running on concurrent timelines effortlessly and flawlessly.
  8. Comfortable with a matrix structure and working across teams. Able to adapt to various work styles.
