Job Summary

The Social Network Manager will lead, manage, and execute social media for the Seagram's Escapes family. This person will serve as a member of our in-house social media team who provides expert resource to brand teams on the topic of social media. In addition, this role will develop strong social media plans and community management to create meaningful and engaging connections with Seagram's Escapes' consumers. This role will also provide support as necessary to other FIFCO USA brands.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Social Media Leadership and Brand Development for Seagram's Escapes

  • Provide in-depth expertise of organic and paid social media marketing across all platforms

Community Management

  • Manage and execute content for Seagram's Escapes across all appropriate social media channels
  • Incorporate trends and lifestyle content tailored to the Seagram's Escapes consumer

Content Creation, Engagement, and Promotion

  • Create compelling visual and written content that sparks strong consumer engagement, user-generated content, and consideration for Seagram's Escapes
  • Plan and promote content to create additional visibility and awareness among targeted consumers
  • Engage appropriately with Seagram's Escapes fans to further build and cultivate brand relationships

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead social medial strategy development: overall ownership and oversight for cross-channel social media marketing strategy development, including content creation, campaigns, budget, influencer activations, emerging trends, and social media innovation
  • Support for social media planning, strategy, and content creation for FIFCO USA brands, serving as an in-house expert on the team
  • Community management, content creation, and facilitation of social media marketing across prominent channels for Seagram's Escapes and other brands as deemed necessary
  • Support for Social Media Manager
  • Development and maintenance of monthly social media status reports and meetings with Seagram's Escapes brand teams and external partners, as necessary
  • Provide quarterly reports and optimization ideas for Seagram's Escapes and other brands as deemed necessary
  • Provide consistent outreach and ideas that build on our momentum and leverage trends, seasonal events, and brand opportunities for top brands
  • Responsible for ensuring legal compliance of all social media marketing efforts
  • Collaboration with internal brand teams and external agency partners
  • Ensure social media content aligns with FIFCO USA values and brand goals
  • Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferred fields of study: journalism, mass communication, public relations, or marketing
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media, preferably in consumer packaged goods
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Lightroom, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, influencer marketing platforms, Mailchimp, Basecamp
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual content creation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple channels, as well as prioritize between them
