Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives for corporate office and all markets
  • Create and execute calendar and content plan for all social media channels (organic social) - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with an external agency to manage website: graphics, functionality, updates, etc.
  • Manage and write for the State of the Empire blog.
  • Manage marketing efforts for upcoming e-commerce site (emails, banners, copy/content) for all 14 markets
  • Work with suppliers and brands to secure digital marketing tools and distribute to sales team and customers
  • Provide support to brands and suppliers surrounding things like product launches, sales blitzes, and other digital marketing support.
  • Provide customer support with social media content and other digital marketing opportunities
  • Serve as marketing lead for external eCommerce and Delivery platforms including, but not limited to, Drizly, Bottlecapps, Ibotta, SevenFifty, and others. Stay up-to-date on new delivery and eCommerce platforms as they come up.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Participate in sales meetings to familiarize yourself with new and current suppliers and their marketing campaigns and tools
  • Work closely and effectively with account reps to maximize sales through digital efforts
  • Negotiate contracts and handle invoicing as needed
  • Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world - influencer marketing, emerging platforms, etc.
  • Provide clear, concise analytics/reports for the executive team on a regular basis and for special projects/pitches.
  • Share findings and best practices for digital marketing initiatives with the marketing team and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Train sales team on digital marketing platforms.

Education and/or Experience

  • 4-year degree in related field
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in the food and beverage, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
