The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be a key contribution to a fast-growing influencer marketing team. The ideal candidate will have interest in influencer marketing and a passion for all things influencer and social media. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate who is knowledgeable and excited about the influencer industry and wants to be at the forefront of digital innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will be savvy and intuitive individual with great ideas to support our influencer campaigns. You will bring a creative and flexible mindset to the role, which will be critical for the success of our influencer initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in implementing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion & efficiency via influencer campaigns.
  • Support execution of influencer campaigns to meet or exceed direct response goals.
  • Draft campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and influencer contracts.
  • Prospect and curate new talent for influencer campaigns. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like brand, legal, and strategy for campaign approvals and coordination.
  • Work closely cross-functionally marketing teams to help coordinate asset deliveries and campaign launches.
  • Support management of influencers to ensure all products are shipped, deliverables are met, and content is delivered
  • Track, monitor and report on post/ad performance against key KPIs across social channels including Instagram, Tik Tok and more
  • Recommend new influencers that meet brand goals
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of influencer marketing experience.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, pop culture and industry trends.
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strategic self-starter and ability to prioritize many ongoing projects.
  • Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
  • Eager to learn and thrive with a growing team!
