Our products are fun, unique and thematic, making every launch an exciting new challenge.

Perfectly tailored to fun, engaging content, our brand is diving into Influencer Marketing as our newest channel for building brand awareness and expanding our customer base. We’re looking for a passionate and extremely communicative Influencer Marketing Manager ready to jump at the opportunity to build a new channel from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

  • Build an effective influencer marketing strategy that drives measurable results
  • Establish key success metrics and demonstrated ability to drive continual improvement
  • Support marketing efforts with influencer strategy related to the planning and execution of product launches and major marketing campaigns.
  • Grow influencer networks across multiple social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.) that relate to our customer base and niche product markets
  • Manage logistics of influencer content creation from start to finish (outreach, contracts, product requests, performance tracking, etc.)
  • Establish and document processes to drive repeatable and scalable success within the program
  • Maintain a pulse on marketing and influencer-focused trends and campaigns across industries and use insights to inspire unique and original ideas

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience working in influencer marketing or a similar role
  • Proven track record of growing a successful influencer marketing program
  • Driven individual with the ability to managing multiple projects at a time while effectively meeting deadlines
  • Someone who thrives in a startup environment where responsibilities and projects may change at a moment’s notice
  • Creative mind who can bring innovative ideas to the table for growing FJ’s brand presence and awareness.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvement
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
