Job Title: Growth/Acquisition Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Director of Digital Growth and Acquisition

Summary/objective:

Following a successful year at TDBBS in 2020, we are continuing our plans to expand and hyper-scale the business into the new year, we are now looking for a Growth Hacker to help us drive new growth through the use of out of the box social media campaigns and creative PPC. We need someone that will be able to develop brand new innovative content to help create more brand awareness and exposure. The right talented individual would have experience working in a similar field boosting customer acquisition and retention.

Essential functions:

· Experiment and implement new growth strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.

· Identify, implement and measure new growth tactics and marketing methods.

· Develop original and innovative content and strategies to improve SEO and increase brand awareness.

· Create viral growth through referral marketing and other growth hacking techniques.

· Establish methods and processes to ensure measurements and experimentation can be done in a scalable and repeatable model.

· Define strategies for market-driven growth.

· Consistently analyze and refine new and existing campaigns to drive revenue, uncover insight and consumer trends.

· Create and run PPC and social media campaigns.

· Test methods strategically, producing a set hypothesis, metrics to test and report quantitatively.

· Manage lead generation campaigns through various digital marketing channels.

· Drive new customer acquisition through email marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, video marketing, and more.

Competencies

· Progressive experience in a strategic marketing role focused on growth hacking.

· Extensive experience in developing and launching successful growth marketing campaigns.

· Proficient in using email creation and distribution platforms, plus managing and tracking effectiveness of campaigns via Google Analytics.

· Strong digital marketing, social media and HTML capability working in an online-focused organization.

· Experience in managing digital marketing at scale across paid and performance channels (inc. PPC, Google, Facebook, etc).

· Data-driven B2C marketing background with a strong focus on CRM, e-commerce, and retention.
