You’ll be a part of an innovative, fast-paced team who are dedicated to producing exciting and engaging experiences that reflect Supergoop!’s brand values. This position supports the Brand Marketing’s Partnerships & Experiences team, and requires someone who has a passion for influencer marketing, analytics, and new social platforms. It reports to the Manager, Partnerships & Experiences.
About The Role:
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand, overall aesthetic and target consumer demographic and utilize those insights to create unique, highly covetable brand experiences and partnerships.
- Assist Global Partnerships + Experiences team with day-to-day partnership management - product send outs, daily communications and recaps, timeline tracking, small-scale partner outreach, timeline management.
- Research and identify new brands/partners for launches and evergreen campaigns.
- Develop relationships with brand partners and build out Supergoop!’s partnership rolodex.
- Assist with planning, tracking and execution of co-branded giveaways in partnership with the Social team.
- Conduct monthly brand audits & report back on new potential partnerships
- Deliver bi-weekly recaps on partnership activity to larger marketing team, keeping key stakeholders looped in on progress.
- Partner with the social media and influencer relationships team to conceptualize buzzworthy giftings to influencers and brand partners.
- Work with vendors to produce branded swag, merch and marketing collateral for mailers, brand events, and activations - support, manage, and meet deadlines.
- Develop briefs for creative and marketing team to bring to life partnerships, event collateral, mailers, and merchandise.
- Work with the Direct to Consumer team to leverage brand partnerships for the Merch Shop and exclusive promotional offers on Supergoop.com
- Help manage and support our ongoing relationship with Aspen Skiing Company
- Assist with day-to-day management and execution of consumer-facing and press/influencer events; for brand campaigns, product launches, and general brand activations.
- Complete monthly reports on impacts and activity outlining on ROI, key learnings and insights from partnerships and events.
- Stay on top of industry trends, specifically how other brands are collaborating and creating unique experiences
About You:
- Strong communicator with the ability to develop and nurture relationships within and outside of the brand.
- Obsessive about detail and organization - Excel and timeline building skills are absolutely essential.
- Ability to work with a number of vendors and platforms simultaneously is crucial. Comfort multitasking and parallel-pathing projects across a wide range of categories.
- Natural problem-solver, who is resourceful and solution-oriented.
- Responsive, fast-working, can-do attitude. Open to all tasks big & small that come with working on a small, scrappy team for a fast-growing company.
- Easy to adjust and pivot as plans shift and develop, great at managing time and priorities.
- Strong presentation and deck-building skills.
- Obsessed with brands, partnerships, events and bringing cool experiences to life for our community.
Media/Marketing majors are encouraged, but not required.
Prior job experience in any industry preferred. // 0-1 years of experience required.
