Senior Strategist

We’re a close-knit team of creatives, planners, business managers and makers who combine the rigor of marketing science with the relevance of earned media to develop and distribute ideas that help brands build long-term value.
We work with some of the most progressive and influential brands in the world, including LEGO, Adobe, Pepsi, lululemon, Bumble, Financial Times, WaterWipes, MINI, Jaguar Land Rover and Southern Comfort.
We’re looking for a Senior Strategist with 4 to 7 years of experience and plenty of ambition to join our growing team. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Strategy, the Group Global CSO and you’ll be part of an interagency strategy collective that is constantly thinking about the role of our discipline. 1. You’re a constant observer of people – You love thinking about consumer behavior even though you may hate the word “consumer.”
2. You’re fascinated by brands and the role they play in society and culture – You’re curious about what makes brands salient, how their purpose and expectations are evolving, and the social forces that are influencing them every day.
3. You’re social at heart – You have a deep understanding of technology related to social platforms and content, you’re not afraid of data, and you have both eyes on the future. You keep up with the latest trends and cultural shifts, but you want to know why they matter.
4. You’re a storyteller – You recognize that storytelling is a vital part of strategy, and you strive to tell great stories that solve problems and/or spark inspiration.
5. You’re not defined by one thing – You may have interests or developing specialties, but you’re eager to learn new skills and take on new projects and challenges.
6. You love this stuff – You feed off the energy and ideas of others, and you’re excited by the prospect of working in an environment that demands collaboration, curiosity and passion.
We’re always learning and evolving, but here are some of the skills we’re looking for.
1. Strategy – A track record of using a variety of inputs to develop insight-driven strategies that lead to effective creative work.
2. Brief Writing & Comms Plans – The ability to write concise and inspiring briefs and comms plans. Provide guidance for creative and account teams throughout the process.
3. Presentation Skills – Experience developing and presenting decks with an informed POV – thoughtfully-researched, clearly-written, and actionable.
4. Social-led – Comfortable with social strategies and content, influencer marketing, understanding best practices as well as nascent trends, analytics and listening tools, and the ability to put social thinking at the heart of big ideas.
5. Self-starter – The confidence to own a project from beginning-to-end and act as a trusted client partner.
6. Kindness – Because we spend too much time with each other, on screens or in-person, not to be nice.
